Dump Chicken

Here's a great fast chicken recipe.
Sweet and Spicy "Dump" Chicken
2 tsps. minced garlic
2/3 cup of apricot jam (or peach)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tsp. Tabasco
I halved this for three large chicken breasts, about a pound or pound and a half, and it was just right. Mix and dump on the raw chicken which I had cut into long strips about an inch or so thick. I let it sit for a bit, 10 minutes maybe.
Bake it at 375 degrees but you can also grill it if you like it caramelized.
