Christmas Scent
I use this Christmas scent recipe every Thanksgiving and Christmas to give my house that holiday festive smell...I love the holidays.
CHRISTMAS SCENT
4 cinnamon sticks
2 Bay leaves
16 whole cloves
2 tsp. whole allspice
1-1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 lemon sliced
1/2 orange sliced
2 quarts water
DO NOT DRINK THIS - I put in a little electric pot pourri pot and it smells wonderful!
Mix ingredients except the fruit in a pot with the water. Bring to a boil than reduce heat to a simmer. Add fruit slices and continue to simmer.
Can you tell I'm in a Christmas frame of mind today!!!
