MAYONNAISE CAKE

Just in case you have misplaced this luscious recipe--here it is:

MAYONNAISE CAKE
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teasp. baking soda
1 1/2 teasp. baking powder
1 cup sugar
4 Tablsp. cocoa
1 cup cold water (or COLD COFFEE)
1 teasp. vanilla
3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
Blend dry ingredients and add in water, vanilla and mix well. Fold in mayo. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan, bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cream cheese frosting is good!
