WHITE OR CHOCOLATE MIRACLE WHIP CAKE

1 cup SUGAR or substitute
2 Cup FLOUR
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup cold water
1 cup MIRACLE WHIP (or Mayo of choice cause of diet)
1/4 cup cocoa (you can omit to make a white cake)
Recipe
Mix all dry ingredients together, sift if you want.
Put the 1 cup of cold water in a 2 cup measuring cup then add the miracle whip on top of the water till it says 2 cups on the measuring cup. now add this to the dry ingredients. Beat well until well mixed up.
You can use a mixer to mix it all up.Pour into a greased and floured oblong,round, or loaf pans. Bake on 350 until cake is done about 30 to 35 minutes depending on pan size and your oven.
