CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT

Anyone for a chocolate eclair? YUMMY

CHOCOLATE ÉCLAIR DESSERT

2 pkgs. French Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 medium container Cool Whip
3 cups milk
graham crackers
Whip pudding and milk then fold in Cool Whip.
Layer graham crackers and filling 3 times in a 9 x 13 pan starting and ending with graham crackers
ICING
2 squares Bakers Semi Sweet Chocolate (or 3 TBS cocoa)
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 Tbsp. white or Lite corn syrup
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter (softened)
3 Tbsp. milk
2 1/2 to 3 c. powdered sugar
Melt chocolate. Add remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over layered mixture.
Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
